The purpose of this document is to establish the General Conditions of Sale and Returns of the online sales website CGLOP.ES/SMASHBURGER and all its domains and subdomains.

The general conditions of sale described below (hereinafter General Conditions of Sale), exclusively govern the contractual relationships between any user of the website CGLOP.ES/SMASHBURGER (hereinafter 'User' or 'You') and the seller, corporate name SMASH THE HOPS SL. (hereinafter referred to as 'SMASH'), with registered office at C/JUAN CARRASCOS, 49 1ºA LA RODA, Albacete.
Placing your order:
It is essential to be of legal age to place an order at CGLOP.ES/SMASHBURGER.It is essential that you provide us with at least one mobile or landline contact number and an email address when registering.The contact methods we will use to send notifications about your order will mainly be email, although sometimes we may also use phone or physical mail, which you will have previously provided when completing your registration on our website to make a purchase.If we accept your order, you will receive our acceptance by sending a Purchase Confirmation to your previously provided email address in your user account. If, on the contrary, we cannot accept your Order, we will try to contact you by email, telephone, or postal mail.
Delivery:
SMASH undertakes to deliver the physical products in perfect condition to the delivery address you indicate on the order form.The estimated time for delivering the order to the home is an indicative time, subject to possible variations due to circumstances beyond SMASH's control.Smash has complaint forms available to its customers in the restaurant. We recommend that USERS file their complaint at the establishment responsible for the effective provision of the service, or they can also make any complaint through the contact email specified on the website.The shipping costs for the purchased products will be reflected at the final moment of the purchase and will depend on the chosen method and the destination. These conditions may be modified.For the purposes of these Conditions, it shall be understood that the 'delivery' of the physical product(s) has occurred at the moment of their receipt at the agreed delivery address.If for any reason we cannot fulfill the order, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to cancel the purchase.
Sale of alcoholic beverages:
In accordance with applicable law, the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 years of age is prohibited. Smash reserves the right to suspend or cancel the delivery of an order, regardless of its nature and degree of execution, in case it is suspected that the buyer is a minor, reserving the right to demand the exhibition of the ID card or equivalent identification document to the person receiving the order.Likewise, Smash reserves the right to suspend or cancel the delivery of alcoholic beverages included in an order in accordance with the regulations on time limits for the sale of alcoholic beverages that may be applicable.
Availability:
Product availability: All product orders are subject to availability, and in this sense, if there are difficulties in their supply, or if there are no products in stock, we reserve the right to refund any amount you may have paid.We reserve the right to withdraw any product from our website at any time and/or to remove or modify any content from it. Although we will make every effort to always process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that require us to reject the processing of an order after sending the Order Confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time, at our sole discretion.We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for withdrawing any product from our website 'CGLOP.ES/SMASHBURGER', whether said product has been sold or not, removing or modifying any content from the website, or for refusing to process an order once we have sent the Order Confirmation.
Prices:
The PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS will be the one shown on the website. The price is expressed in euros. The price must be paid in full when making the purchase.SMASH reserves the right to modify the sale prices shown on CGLOP.ES/SMASHBURGER at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time the order is registered, subject to availability on that date.
Payment:
USERS may pay for their orders in cash at the time of delivery. Returns Policy:
It is not allowed to cancel an order once confirmed.Similarly, returns of said order are not accepted.
